Hard coded Chinese subtitles

For those asking, this is 720P upsampled to 4k with hardcoded subs. It's much better than a cam copy, but because it's upsampled the horizontal lines get out of sync noticeably on a 4K monitor.
720P upsampled to 4k
whyyyy

Because fuck you, that's why.
OP is bad and they should feel bad.

this is why everything is wrong with the world.
nevermind trump, it's the little things like this that make me lose faith in humanity.
is it really in 4K?
[-] TSwizzlesNipples | 9 points
At 4GB? LOL no.
Ummm.. A movie being 4K has absolutely nothing to do with the size. It's just a resolution.
A movie can be 4K at 100MB if that's what you want. It won't look pretty, but it's still 4K.
For a movie to be great quality, it has to have a high bitrate. This has nothing to do with the resolution. But I agree that a 4K shouldn't be around 4GB. I like my 4K movies to be around 30-60 Mbps.

While you're technically correct, and as we all know this is best kind of correct, most people will associate "4K" with a certain level of quality, for better or for worse. I was simply pointing out that this movie is not of that quality, and at that file size, you will never see that kind of quality with current video codecs.
Even if it were ripped and encoded with h.265 or VP9, it would still be at least 15-20GB for it to be of any good 4K quality. Even then, Sonarr is grabbing 4K TV shows that are an hour long, in 4K, and those motherfuckers are still 20-25GB.
Pwople have said the same for 1080p for years, but you still see people uploading 1GB 1080p movies which much be sad to watch on anything bigger than a smartphone.
Hence my saying: Resolution says nothing about the quality.

Resolution says nothing about the quality.
I'm not debating that point. I'm saying that a lot of people think it does.
windows 10 ran the file said it had an illegal opperation on teh registry and was marked for deletion

Damn, really? I didn't know Windows could do that.

Is this another cam-rip thing or did the digital HD version leak?

Guys. Movie comes out on DVD/BluRay a week from today (2/14). We've waited for a while, no point in watching a shitty copy a week before you can watch a excellent quality version.
