Sadly no. I picked them from psarips imported into my account, and posted the link here. My upload speed is very low. Try using winrar5 or 7zip.

Are you trying to open just one of the files? It's a file split into 8 parts. You have to download all eight of them first, then they will open with WinRAR as if they are just one large file.
