Am pretty sure your laptop could handle it or even your phone. For a laptop use MPC-HC or VLC Media Player. For an android phone use MX Player or VLC Player

I just tested it, it actually ran pretty smooth on my android. A few screen artifacts during fast moving scenes, but still watchable. I just assumed it wasn't going to run well because no other x265 has worked for me in the past without severe lag that made the videos unplayable. Thank you for the upload!
