If it's the same rip that's been floating around torrent sites the last couple days then it's kinda dark and low bitrate. Not great on big hd screens.

Was it much worse than the La La Land screener? Personally found the La La Land one just fine (considering its DVD).

Not sure, I'm not a musical guy.

Honestly it was totally watchable, it was just a bit dark and a lot of the movie has very dark scenes and some stuff was kinda hard to make out on my 60 inch screen. Almost thought it might have been a very good cam with proper audio, but the "THIS COPY IS FOR AWARDS CONSIDERATION" thing kept coming up so it's definitely a screener.

Alright, might have to wait for a better release. The other screener didn't have any "This copy..." messages (honestly was quite surprised, I thought screeners always had those).

Not a musical guy either, only watched it because of the reviews, kind of expected a masterpiece, and didn't think it was that good. Only musical I've ever watched actually.
