what happens if they use vpn, proxy, etc etc u going to ban a ip or a username?> each can be bypassed i would like to know how?

or could the answer be that more Sub Moderators are needed, if so am up for helping, i view this sub at least 4times a day. and it looks like this is needed, a bigger core of sub mod's who can overlap each other.
