with windows 10, 8, and 8.1 you can right click and select the mount option, and then click explore and open the BDMV folder, stream folder, then open 0004.m2ts with vlc media player.

its simple on mac. double click the iso file and it should mount it on your dekstop. next open VLC media Player and at the top, click file, open disk, and then open.
