ive only watched the 1st episode of season two and dont want to download this yet, but are this, the 4th, 5th, and presumably future rips also 720p?

All these releases by "Poke" are SD. Only the first two episodes have yet been released in 720p. Still waiting for the rest.

What does AMZ x264 mean? is this a different encode than a WEBRip? these seem to be half the size.

AMZ just denotes its from Amazon. The releases by Poke are in an mp4 container, so the quality isn't the best. Try getting the DEFLATE | Megalinks MegaDB DEFLATE release if you can :)
