Did it work for you? I had a problem with part 8 of the file, it wouldn't download properly, with error messages on MEGA. In the end it did, but, when opening with The Unarchiver, I'm getting the message "There was a problem while reading the contents of the file -Civilization VI.app.7z.010: The archive is incomplete". But that's only when I click on extracting part 1. Any other part, it generates a file called -Civilization VI.app.7z with a filesize of 4.31GB, but if I try to extract part 8, I get the message "This file can't be extracted"... slightly confused...

usually when you have an error unpacking files it means one of the files you downloaded didn't dl properly/completely so all you need to do (in my experience) is download the files again and make sure your connection is solid. works for me every time.

how do you open game? why is there multiple files?
