Have not downloaded these (own the blu-rays) but Dark Knight and Dark Knight Rises should have some scenes in IMAX only not the whole film.

Dual Audio. Change them from the Audio options. Pretty easy.

Small warning: The Dark Knight is at 19 frames per second. It looks kinda bad.
