They are x264, but they're only WEBRips... they also happen to be only 720p | Megalinks MegaDB only 720p!?

No its not only for premium users of Mega, the transfer limit is because Mega has a set amount of GB you can download before you hit the transfer limit and need to wait around a day to start downloading again, to avoid that you can use Megadownloader and/or Megasync Don't forget to be careful when downloading Megadownloader though so you dont get any unwanted programs installed onto your system.
