The MAC address is the unique address assigned to every networked device and does not typically change. IPs are your numeric address on the internet and can be reassigned.

no it changes your mac address by downloading the app and then going to the network you use on windows (supports windows 7-10) so if your like me and you have windows 10 you select wifi then select random then click apply.
