They are 720p.x264.WEB-DL's @1838kbps with bad artifacts, station watermark and bonus horseshit webhost ident intro slapped on.
Basically... garbage.
I have 1080p.x265 quality encodes, but unfortunately not hosted yet.
This link looks like a better bet.

I think the video is a blu ray rip but I got it from web-dl. What I'm trying to say is that someone uploaded the blu ray rip to the website (kisscartoon.com) and then I downloaded that, uploaded it to mega (which took longer than I expected, oh well) and then I posted it here.
