Yes, they didn't, but the Blu-Ray release is scheduled on 5th December and most of the times you'll get a pirated version out online a week before the official release date.

i know, but i use the same 2tb usb drive on my 6yo imac,
so it has to stay at fat32 for both pc and mac can read it.
i also use it over my roku3 usb port to watch video files,
and yes, i know i could use plex, etc....

Format a drive? Depends on OS and the software you want to use; Windows comes with a tool. Go to My Computer, right click the drive, click "Format..." Select the options that best suit your needs and click start (I'd recommend using Quick Format if possible)

that's a big hobby question to dumb down, but the quick and dirty way is with freeware called "format factory", convert the video to .mp4 and custom adjust the video bitrate to how much you want to reduce the file size, so if OP's video is 9700 bitrate at 4.3gb, then to get it under 2gb you'd convert it using a bitrate around 4500. if lowering the bitrate effects video quality during motion too much, or you'll be viewing this video on a small notebook or smartphone screen, then consider lower the resolution instead, like say from 1080p to 720p - that will also shrink the file size by nearly half.
