It's releasing on Dec 13th, but it's already available. Most of the pirates have access to pre-retail stuff like this, that's why you see movies available for download in Blurays/DVDRips before their actual release date.

You're going to be "patiently" waiting for a long time. This movie was not released in 16:9. The movie also isn't worth any amount of wait. Such a shame.
