A small club in Sapporo, about 20 years ago. He played the Hammond B3 every week, and I was a regular. I sing classical, and he wanted to hear what I could do in a Jazz style. Full disclosure....not much! We traded solos for about 10 minutes. It was kind of nerve wracking, 'cause he was a master.
