[Question] bout megadownloader | Megalinks MegaDB [Question] bout megadownloader

I was wondering does megadownloader have any viruses or spywares, I really want to download, but it but is really legit of a program/app. Does it really bypass the bandwidth limit? Is it worth getting it? Just wanted to see other people opinion's bout it. Thank you

It is legit app.

It does see to bypass bandwidth limit. I have not downloaded more than 10 GB. but it did not have any issues. Jdownloader on other hand said limit exceeded after 2 GB.

Its worth getting it if you r downloading from Mega.

Thank you for your opinion, I cant dl more than 6gigs when it does hit the limit I have to wait for 6 hours until I can dl again. I didnt have the bandwidth issue until three weeks ago when it started, anyways does it dl batches of files automatically like jdownloader? I'm the type of person that copy the files and let the program dl the files itself, If it doesnt I dont mind doing it manually.

It does support batch mode and clip board monitor etc. SO if you copy a mega link it will automatically be picked up by megadownloader.

From what I can tell, Mega expects the client side to respect the server saying "stop". Even when using MegaDownloader, my MegaSync tray pops up bandwidth warning while MegaDownloader keeps on going.

I doubt it's undergone a security audit, but I've yet to hear of anyone noticing suspicious network activity after installing it. Maybe install a decent firewall first, if you are worried about it being malicious or spyware. I've been experimenting with hit or miss results with various command line mega tools from github.

can we finally get a sticker for MEGAdownloader. it is absolutely legit. i have downloaded ~300GB so far in the highest speed possible, no viruses, no malware nothing. I have given small tutorials over and over again, posted the link over and over again.
