Highly recommend Layer Cake. It's supposedly the movie which convinced EON Productions to cast Daniel Craig as James Bond but it's also just a really solid British gangster film in its own right.

I feel like it's getting to the point where one can call it a classic without it sounding silly. It blows my mind Sofia Coppola didn't amount to much after it.
