I got a movie, but the audio doesn't work all the time. It goes in and out, not my headset, but my friend got the same movie and the audio works fine. Any suggestions?

What media player are you using? It could be you are missing some codecs. I recommend VLC Player. It is pretty good at playing files and finding missing codecs.

Other good options would be MPC and Pot Player.

Try MPC-HC it should work fine. I use VLC as an alternative but that's just my choice since MPC is much more light weight than VLC and runs quicker.
