[Meta] Can we have proper flairs for content? | Megalinks MegaDB [Meta] Can we have proper flairs for content?

For example, I'm currently looking through video game related posts but have to look through a lot of posts not related to video games such as any and all Game of Thrones posts. Would be much easier if we had flairs such as Games, TV, Movie, eBook, META, etc.

This way, if one is looking for a movie to watch, simply click on the Movie flair and all posts with the Movie flair will show up.

All I want is this anime shit in a specific place so it doesn't take up entire pages.

I have it, and that's not the problem.

Or you could just do a search in the search bar for [MOVIE] or [GAME] ETC...

IE:

For Movies:

For TV:

But what's the downside of having proper flares? If I'm browsing the smashbros subreddit and wish to only see Melee related posts, I click on the Melee flair and I only see Melee related posts. I appreciate you helping with the "-thrones" search but there were still results from Game of Silence.

I don't understand why I'm getting downvoted for a suggestion that'd make this sub just that much better. I don't see any downsides to adding flairs and it would only serve to organize the sub better.

The down side is that some one has to setup and make the flairs :P

Not going to say I know the process of making flairs or whether or not it's easy but it's a do it now, have it pay off continually for a long time.

Like I said, when I search for [Game], most of the results are for Game of Thrones.

Include a "-thrones" in your search:

what if he wanted to look for "game of thrones" games or doesn't want to exclude games that include "thrones" in their title? anytime you exclude a keyword in a search, it removes items beyond your intended search.

While this is the way I do it as well, he is right, it would be a nice feature (looks better as well). Also I still wish the filesize would always be in the title, but that's a different story.

Yes, that would be neat. I also wish more contents can be added.
