Can you suggest Handbrake settings for someone who wants to shrink this down to ~4 GB?

A really great movie by the director old Oldboy (the Korean one, not the US remake).

ETA: File contains (only) Chinese subtitles and the original Korean/Japanese audio with no hard-coded Korean subtitles.
