It got to 100% 3 times for me, and then said decryption error or something similar. Then on the 4th time it gets to 100%, it said i was over my quota. Now I can't do shit.

Anyone know why it would get to 100% then fail?

Maybe try downloading it using the 'standard download' instead of 'as zip'. I've had that issue a few times if I chose 'as zip'.
