That's entirely the purpose of FitGirl's work. They compress all of the game files as much as possible to preserve file size at the cost of installation time.

Some people were saying their fallout repack took up to 10 hours. Didn't take me that long, and the processor and HDD weren't even being taxed that hard. But you are looking at multiple hours.

It is 18gb if you Download the English Version only. A big part of the size of the game is language files.

There's a specified storage space for web browsers and you probably have exceeded that. try ccleaning your c drive or just use Megasync.

If you're using chrome, google "Out of HTML5 Offline Storage Space Mega". You can find the cookies and delete them specifically for mega. Otherwise, use Megasync and load it into your cloud storage and move/delete it when you're done.
