I'm currently downloading the best quality ones I can find. I'll try to upload them when they are done, but it won't be for a while.
Seasons 1-5 were filmed in 480p, so no better than that. S05 was released as an upscaled Bluray though, so you can get higher, but without any quality gain.
Seasons 6, 7 and 8 are out on Bluray, but the rest are WEB-DL only at this stage.

Thank you so much! Just one question though: For seemingly all of the seasons (except 5, 8, and 9), the audio seems just slightly distorted, as if it's been recorded externally, if that makes any sense. For example, check out the "Everybody Lives" scene. In the full episode, when the Doctor speaks, it sounds a bit tinny and scratchy. Is this due to how the file itself was encoded, or did something just get mucked up in my download?
Obviously it's not a huge deal, and I am enormously grateful for the files! I just wanted to double check.

Honestly I don't know. It's not my personal upload. I haven't downloaded all the seasons, I have s6 from that drive and I didn't have any problem with it. Personally if you had mucked up the downloads, only a handful of files would have had the problem. since you find the audio that way in almost all the seasons, its probably the way that files are by nature.

I think I've found the issue: Apparently, in order to upscale it to Blu-Ray, they had to slow down the episodes by about 4%. (If you look carefully, you'll notices that Rose, for example, goes from about 44 minutes SD to 46 minutes HD.) Consequently, the audio was mucked up and then re-pitched to be at the same level as before. That results in the distortion I was hearing. It's discussed on this thread.
So it seems Doctor Who fans have two options for the show: Either a low-res video with the original audio track, or the HD video with the garbled, corrupted audio track. What a shame.
You know, I wonder if someone out there has taken the Blu-Ray video, sped it back to normal, and then synced it with the HQ audio? Might be something for the editing-savvy to consider...

I would highly recommend checking out the Maple Films edit as well. It's 4 hours long and has been trimmed to make it as close to the books as possible. Their website includes links to Bluray and DVD ISO files hosted on mega, as well as a digital copy of the film on Google Drive.

I really would like Jay Leno's Garage from CNBC if anyone at all has it.
There is only 2 seasons and 14 episodes 2014- so far but it is quickly becoming one of my favorite car/bike/moving object TV shows. I think there are new episodes in a few weeks again too, so want to catch up on the older ones.
I would prefer the highest quality like 1080p, but it's likely the best available might probably be 720p and that would be more than sufficient if anyone has rips of that. I would be appreciative even if there were only good quality SD available.
