Have you tried using their sync app on your computer? Just clone the file to your account and then download using the app. That's how I got around the browser file size limit. After you get the file, just move it out of your sync folder on your pc/mac and then delete the cloud file to free up the space on your account.

Try using their desktop app to download the file. That's what I did to get around the browser limitations.
