Apparently the Drew Carey Show isn't available on DVD and rarely airs in reruns because it's difficult managing the copyrights for all the music they used.

yep, said that in the request form, it airs on the channel MeTV in the USA, but they show the eps out of order and they have been altered to removed swears and music.
