Someone help a newbie out here. WTF do those number mean ? I downloaded the file and installed the program but the game won't play and it opens up Steam and I don't know where to go from there. I have zero experience with Steam.

check the .iso and copy any steam related files you can find in it (see pic) and replace them in the directory of the game where they are.

These numbers are only checksums.

Follow the instructions of the NFO file:

1- Unpack, burn or mount 2- Install the game 3- Copy the crack from PROPHET dir
