Previous posters say the links here for BTAS constantly get taken down, perhaps in the mean time whilst you wait for somebody to upload them on to MEGA, you could download them from Kisscartoon? (the download is pretty decent and i'm currently up to season 4)

Also there's this http://amberkalvin.com:31/TV/Batman%20The%20Animated%20Series%201992/ for direct downloads, but the site is down at the moment (it worked for me yesterday!).

For amberkalvin, copying the link of the season should load all the downloads automatically. For kisscartoon, you have to do it one by one.

jdownloader (usually) automatically loads all the downloads it can find in the link, so for example when you copy this link: http://amberkalvin.com:31/TV/Batman%20The%20Animated%20Series%201992/Season%2002/, the program should load all the episodes under that season and you just click start to download.

alternative, I'm sure there are browser plugins that helps with bulk downloading :\
