Everywhere I look I can only find 480p versions of Death Note. Anyone have the blu-ray rip of this show? Also preferably with the movies.

I was looking on blu-ray.com and it says that the blu-ray version is in 1080p.

it's a shitty upscale of the 480p japanese source.

higher source doesn't exist even it japan.

I checked myself not long ago, the japanese DVDs is the best you're going to get.

you're entitled to your opinion but to me, (1st link) L's right eye is just simply partly cut, left eye isn't round, other screenshots show aliasing and a loss of detail :\
