Zootopia's audio doesn't seem to be working :( but the extras do.

Must be a problem with the player. did you set the audio? What media player are you using?

I used both the Windows Media Player and the Movies and TV app. Same issue on both.

Ah yes that's exactly what I thought it was. It's the player. Windows Media Player isn't that good with MKV files because it's a really REALLY basic media player.

PLEASE NOTE: The programs I have listed below are all 100% safe virus free programs. They are both Freeware programs so you don't have to worry about paying for anything.

Install MPC-HC (Media Player Classic - Home Cinema) which is a light weight and easy to use media player (My personal recommendation).

Install VLC Media Player (VideoLAN) which is another well known media player that does the same job as MPC-HC.

After choosing a program just open the movie file with the one you install and it should play with the sound.

Enjoy the movie, it's really good :)

Thanks! Any chance you can link me to the movie file by itself separately? I had it deleted off my computer's recycle bin.

I have it cut in individual parts. If you don't know how to do it just download parts 1-6 and put them in a separate folder. Open part 1 and extract or drag it to any where you want and it will extract each parts into the full MKV video file. Pretty simple. If you need any help just message away.

Thanks for this! There's a CRC problem though with these two files when attempting to extract: ! H:\Downloaded Movies(20)ZT(16).zip: CRC failed in Zootopia (2016)\Extras\Zootopia (2016) - Deleted Scene - Alternate Opening.mp4. The file is corrupt ! H:\Downloaded Movies(20)ZT(16).zip: CRC failed in Zootopia (2016)\Extras\Zootopia (2016) - Deleted Scene - Nick's Wilde Times (1080p HD).mp4. The file is corrupt

I've downloaded it twice and had the same result. Tried to use the fix archive but to no avail. Any way I can still obtain those files above?
