[EDIT] Solved my problem by entering my mac PW in the terminal before opening "authorize.auz." 100% WORKS!!! 10/10 would do it again. Thanks!

When I open the authorize.auz folder it says "This authorization file is invalid on my cpu."

I'm running Yosemite 10.10.5. How can I fix this?
