I can't get Kodi (XBMC) to play the audio stream for this. VLC will play it fine (but it has it's own issues with playing 5.1 surround sound out an HDMI connection on a mac).

Does it work in Kodi for anyone else? Anyone have any ideas?

Running 15.2 on Windows and 16 on Linux, didn't have any issues at all.

Maybe it's an issue with the connection between the Mac? Are your audio settings set to passthrough and the correct output driver selected?

Your comment about audio settings passthrough was it. I had changed it a few days ago trying to solve a different issue and had set it to pass AC3 through to my receiver for decoding. That worked fine when I was at home, but trying to use headphones means it didn't decode the AC3 stream (not sure what it was trying to do with it, or if it was just being ignored). Turning that off fixed the issue and it will now play with sound.

Haven't watched the whole thing yet, just skipped around a bit to see if it worked. I'd say video quality is probably 9/10 from what I've seen, audio as well. It's a very good release.

Appreciate it. I downloaded it and the video plays but no audio and I can't skip through the video. What's up with these new codecs?? I've downloaded movies for years and my Blu-ray player played everything that I through at via USB, but lately I've been having trouble with these recent files. Is there a new codec going around or something? Help anyone?

Update.. The file plays for 2 seconds then the video player closes.
