the way this was explained to me before is that most movies are released in South Korea on a legal streaming site(like netflix) before almost anywhere else in the world. that's why the video is such nice quality but you have to watch it with the hard coded south korean translation. still worth it!
Ohh maybe i got the nation wrong? Does china have any form of streaming like that? I kinda assumed south korea because they're years ahead in internet technologie than anyone else lol except japan

Yes, the HC in the title stands for (H)ard (C)oded Subtitles. They are non-removable.
