http://pcgames-download.net/ is a great website for games with MegaLinks. I personally have been using them for my cracked games i wanted to try and then buy if it was good.
Hearts of Iron 4 is a great game and i've been playing it for a while.
Thank you for helping out, but I'm to afraid to click on that link. If someone downloads it and uploads it to mega, I'd love that, but this is just too fishy for me.
I use a sandboxed VM for this sort of thing. The zip includes an iso image which I presume is the game, but I have not mounted and installed it myself yet.
Thank you very much indeed for the link, but I'm afraid the password doesn't seem to be working. When I paste it in and press the button to decrypt, nothing happens, the page just reloads and it's asking me for the password again. Other links work fine...
Ok I think I've figured it out. Mega now supports having an encryption key needed to access a file. It looks like the site the top comment posted is linking to a mega file and passing the decryption key at the same time.
When I have the file loaded on Mega, I only see the link that I shared, but no decryption key available to reshare the link. The password I shared is only valid for the zip file and isn't valid for decrypting the mega folder.
I would recommend getting an ubuntu virtual machine setup on your computer and only visit the sort of sites the parent is linking via that virtual machine. Verify that what you have is legit before copying it to your main machine and you'll be fine.
I appreciate the help, but that sort of effort is a little over my head. If someone would have come along and simply posted a link to their own mega upload of the game I would have taken it and said thank you, but I'm not going to dive in that deep into the pirate world ... yet.

Try it without the quotes.

Of course I did that :D I even tried with the quotes just to be sure.
Might be a problem with mega on my computer though, the website is also sometimes not loading.
