I'm afraid there's no way of knowing. If a screener us released it is good but the only date that you can guarantee a release is the DVD/Blu-ray release date or the web dl (itunes, Amazon..etc.) whichever comes first. The film is guaranteed a HD release before that point.
For this film the DVD release date is sometime in September however you can almost guarantee that there will be a HQ or HD release sometime before then from other sources (mid September is only the UK DVD release date, not the web dl or foreign release dates so it could be before)
