Haven't seen the theatrical version of this film but have read that it lacks the texts from the old lady's book. The movie would be more confusing without them.
No, it's Never Tear Us Apart instead of The Killing Moon. Sets the wrong tone entirely. Adds to the theory that Richard Kelly accidentally made a great movie.
