This is the 1080p x264 version of Steins;Gate. This was taken from HorribleSubs and so it is their subtitles. This was highly requested in a previous survey but the OP has yet to upload them so... Here I am!
Edit: This is actually an old download from kissanime and the subs come from AnimeRg. I guess that explains the relatively small file size. I'll see about updating the folder.
