Download Winrar:

Install Winrar
Double click the file G.o.T.602.1080.HD-BATV.part1.rar
Winrar will now open
At the top of Winrar, the second large button on top says Extract To, click that button,then click ok.
Winrar will now make 1 large video file out of the 4 .rar files inside a new sub folder where your 4 .rar files were downloaded.
Once extraction is complete you can delete the 4 .rar files and enjoy your video.

7zip works as well. I'm not sure about the double click part though, may have to right-click and say 'extract here'.

Anyone else having an issue with this where Plex is only allowing streaming speeds of
