It's a Telecine, one step between a CAM and a DVD, but closer to the DVD. It's the best copy currently out there from what I've seen.

To be fair, there is a watermark that comes and goes, and there's hard coded subtitles, but only for on-screen text, not spoken words. Also, the audio sometimes goes out of sync from the video.
Not a problem! The audio on TC's can be off because audio is not captured at the same time as the video. Since the video is coming from an analog source and not a digital source the playback speed can shift or differ from the playback speed of the audio source. That means that whomever put the two together has to go in and find anchor points to sync the audio, and the audio will slowly get more and more out of sync between those points. More points = less sync issues, but more time required to edit the film together.
