I have all the seasons. Have been wanting to rip them to my PC for quite some time but I can't figure out a way to encode them in a way that keeps the quality but also with a small file size (110mb or less)

any ideas? more than happy to upload them if someone helps out a little. the other thread I found with all of the seasons is in .avi format. I would like all of mine in mp4 or mkv.
