i used to be like you, until i understood that my music will never be good enough to compare and that i simply lack the creativity i once had.. i deleted 22tb of fl studio stuff today and felt good about it. making music became more of a burden to never get anything finished for me... it scratched inside my soul but now that i quit, i feel rather enlightened and feel the need to change my interests into another direction.
it was fun though. i started in the hardstyle/edm ages in 2005 when new genres were about to emerge and bunch of other kids like me experienced new ways in creating music. but knowing that 15 year old people have vastly more knowledge in what they do made me die inside my heart. i have to find a better way to express myself.
