[Meta] Mega browser extension allows you to download much faster

Mega.co.nz has an official Chrome extension:

They also have a firefox extension:
https://mega.nz/#plugin

After installing it for Chrome my download speed increased from 1 - 1.5 mb/s to about 2.5 mb/s. If you don't have it installed already, you should. Normally I don't install unnecessary extensions, but this one actually saves you some wait.
