I have in 1080p. Jap or Eng Audio for most, with subs. Whole file is like 30gb though, and not uploaded yet. Could upload what you need inside, let me know (would be my first upload ever!) :

I would really like them all, but, I am not going to be greedy. I mostly just want ones I can watch with my daughter, and she would enjoy. I've never seen any of the Studio Ghibli films... So I guess My Neighbor Totoro and Ponyo?

If you don't want to download anything, kissanime has all of them to stream in 1080p. If you need more things to watch with your daughter, kisscartoon also has a TON of non-japanese animated shows from early 80s to now. I use them all the time for animated shows/movies if I can't find what I'm looking for on this subreddit. Hope this helps!
