these are just like ad.fly interim redirects. it's a cash generating click through site they use to, well, generate income.
some times they have captchas other times you gotta wait 5-15 seconds for a button to appear before you can click onto the next page

there is also the off chance that their redirects are screwed up and you end up getting sent to shortest landing pages

I downloaded the 3 parts file for a Simpsons season and opened them up with 7-Zip, Which opened up 3 new files that looked like HHD's with an admin logo and a green arrow, opening them up revealed some more files but nothing that held the MKV's or any other format.

Sorry for bothering you with this it just seems you know what your talking about with these websites.

I'm completely happy with the quality of the files most people upload here already. Also, iirc, the couple times I've noticed tuserie files, they seem to be really small...didn't download them because of that. Granted smaller IS usually better, but not quite so much with HD video.

There's a size that pretty much all video should be, for example, a 1 hour TV show should be 275mb as an mp4 and 350mb as an avi (minimum). So if it's lower than that I wouldn't use it.

For 480p maybe....those are really small for 720p tho.

That's because those videos are HEVC encoded. It's a new video-compression standard that allows for better compression of videos while retaining the quality. So these videos will roughly be half the size of a typical 720p x264 video.

Will check them out, thanks. Sometimes it's hard to find Agents of Shield the night of the broadcast.
