Try Zenmate VPN. It's a chrome add on that allows you to change where your location in the world appears to be for the purposes of internet region locking. It can be used to access American netflix, for example.

Go to PSARIPS, even their sd version is enough for my 15" laptop. Only possible downside (not for me, but maybe for you) they only encode in x265.
