your file is probably corrupted. I played it on vlc latest version 2.2.1 and on my wd live player. here's the file size I got : 4528244186 26 avr 21:29 Cobain_ Montage of Heck.mkv

Well when I clicked on the link it took me to a site where it asked you to download the app before you can download the actual video file. Once I had the file open in the app you can just click on it and it will start buffering the video playback. Since it's only a gig I just decided to click on the arrow next to the file and hit the download switch. Make sure you leave the app open and the phone screen on if you decide to download the file. If you lock the phone screen or switch apps while downloading the app can turn off and erases whatever progress you've downloaded. Hope that helps. G'luck!
