So, I found this link in 720p of the Matrix (not mine). For future reference, I used megafiles.me to find this link. I also found a 1080p version but didn't link to that one because it is divided into 13 parts. If you are interested in that one just type "the matrix" on the site I referenced. Enjoy!
Sorry, I didn't catch the part about the subtitles. I couldn't tell you if either the 1080p or 720p includes subtitles and for now I can't verify.
