How dose one take these files/folders and make them into somthing I could read on iBooks or my nook?

You could probably convert all the images into a PDF where each image is a page but that would take a long time. I've never tried but I think this might point you in the right direction http://manual.calibre-ebook.com/conversion.html

this looks like it would be good at organizing once i have them all in the same spot but not for making them into a readable file
