I doesn't "turn into," it's just a virus that was uploaded and you got that. Don't execute those files. Also I've heard that Microsoft Security Essentials is good and free.

I download a mp3, inside the zip I got the file in .scr

how can it be ?

Is it a mp3, a zip, or a scr? It's a file that says its a mp3 in the name, but the file is virus that hides in a zip to avoid bad antiviruses. You never had an mp3 in the first place.

ALWAYS scan files before you open them with your antivirus. So you might want to get one soon. There's lots of free ones.
