Here is a GI Joe reading order that covers the new, grittier, IDW version of the characters. This ends right before the crossver "Revolution" since the new volume seems to have a slightly altered GI Joe continuity and therefore may have its own reading order once there have been a sufficient amount of comics released.

Nice, I used to collect GI joes when I was a kid (early 90's/late 80's 'Joes) and loved the marvel run, I got it right near the end where it went crazy with transformers and stuff.
Haven't checked out much of the IDW stuff, cheers!
