Does this version include an English subtitle track for the sign language?

Just out of curiosity why is the file so big

Plain and simple, a remux is a straight rip of the feature file off a blu-ray, usually leaving just the Eng audio in its untouched form, with the high vid bitrate making up most of the file size.

I'm confused about something though. The blu ray doesn't come out until Oct 10, so how is there a remux for it already?

And yet... https://i.imgur.com/u2FGR8O.png

The SCENE has ways that are beyond us sometimes and that's what's so good about it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

That's a proof pic that was part of the SPARKS release.

SCENE rules require that all BluRay pres have a proof pic such as this one.

Edit:

 -Proof
ALL releases MUST now include source proof in the following way: Snapshot (not scan)
of the actual physical disc (printed side) in jpg/png format with a group tag
Disc snapshot must be in good quality with disc details clear and readable. Small
portions containing store stickers/barcodes may be blurred or blackened.
Releases that fail to pre with such proof are to be considered a nuke and can be
propered. Proofixes later than 2 hours from pre (if a proper has not been pred during
that time) will not be accepted.

Certain advance copies start floating around a couple weeks before street date (mostly for review purposes) and the scene release groups will usually get ahold of one of those. As is my understanding.
